Do you offer professional restringing services?
Yes, we offer professional stringing services using high-quality Yonex strings. You can select your preferred string type and tension at the time of purchase for all badminton and tennis rackets.
What is your return policy for footwear and apparel?
We accept returns on unworn footwear and apparel within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that used sports equipment cannot be returned.
Does my racket come with a manufacturer warranty?
All Yonex rackets are covered by a limited 1-year manufacturer warranty against structural defects. This does not cover damage resulting from string breakage, accidental impact, or improper storage.
