Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
